Administrator Customer Service

Position:
We distribute our products directly to end-customers and distributors, where the correct processing of customer orders up to shipments and control of credit ratings is a key component of our success. The Administrator Customer Service provides quotations to our customers and processes orders, provides order confirmations,  invoices and delivery documents up to the release of shipments. She/he will  maintain our order book, the customer database and will also control the credit limits. In order to do so the Administrator Customer Service will closely work with our Area Sales Manager and our Logistics & Production Department.

Requirements:

• Basic education in the area of commercial activities
• Experience in Export Sales Administration
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP and CRM applications
• Good communication skill and excellent telephone manner
• Accurate working style
• Organization talent
• Flexible team player
• Fluent in German, French and English
