Job Title:
Area Sales Manager Central-Eastern Europe

Position:
Close contact to our customers is key for our market success. The successful candidate will be part of a highly motivated sales team. The Area Sales Manager is managing all sales activities and sales channels in the assigned territories and acts as the window to customers. The candidate’s target is the continuous increase of our market share in this area by developing business opportunities up to successful closing of production orders and securing a long term relationship with our customers. One focus will be our key customers in the automotive segment. The Area Sales Manager is supported by our Field Application Engineers and Sales Administration. Sales turnover in this territory is approximately 8M Euro.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales of electronic component products
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Experience with Customers in Automotive area is a plus
  • Strong negotiation capabilities
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Engineering background, preferably in electronics (micro processors or embedded software)
  • Highly motivated and independent personality
